Sea trout weighing to ten-pounds are typically taken during the cooler months of Fall, Winter and Spring. Casting minnow type plugs during the last few hours of the flood tide and the first few hours of the falling tide is key. Best areas include deep sloughs located next to large oyster mounds, boat docks or fallen trees.
